When I quote I always quote per audio hour. This morning I had a response that my rate was higher than the person’s consulting hourly rate. Please note: Quotes per audio hour mean per hour that has been recorded, which can take up to 4 – 5 hours to transcribe – it does not refer to the hours that I work.
