General Terms and conditions between Typewrite Transcription and Editing Services and its clients
- Quote is valid for 30 days
- All available source material to be provided by the client (audio files, programmes, documentation handed out, website details, spelling of names etc) electronically or in person.
- Specifics in terms of formatting etc to be provided by the client
- 50% deposit to be paid before commencement of work unless an alternative payment option is agreed to, with proof of payment emailed to gaynor@typewritetranscription.co.za
- Balance to be paid on completion of the job
- The job will be completed within the stated deadline and returned electronically to the client (email, WhatsApp, etc).
- All data will be deleted from the provider’s computer within 30 days after the acceptance of the job by the client
- Confidentiality is implied and guaranteed by us.
