General terms and conditions

General Terms and conditions between Typewrite Transcription and Editing Services and its clients

  1. Quote is valid for 30 days
  2. All available source material to be provided by the client (audio files, programmes, documentation handed out, website details, spelling of names etc) electronically or in person.
  3. Specifics in terms of formatting etc to be provided by the client
  4. 50% deposit to be paid before commencement of work unless an alternative payment option is agreed to, with proof of payment emailed to gaynor@typewritetranscription.co.za
  5. Balance to be paid on completion of the job
  6. The job will be completed within the stated deadline and returned electronically to the client (email, WhatsApp, etc).
  7. All data will be deleted from the provider’s computer within 30 days after the acceptance of the job by the client
  8. Confidentiality is implied and guaranteed by us.
