Customer care is a skill hugely lacking in the South African market.

Our team is now offering both consulting and training in customer care, headed up by a person who is very good with people and has a number of years experience dealing with high level customers. He was in charge of the top 10 customers (value wise) at Total Hygiene which included everything from sorting out queries, following up and resolving complaints and repairing dispensers himself on site. He has an extremely good attitude with people and is not afraid to go the extra mile to keep them happy. He often responded to complaints received from the customer care line and followed complaints through until the customer was left happy, followed up by a weekly visit.

Our service includes, but is not limited to:

  • Onsite consulting with companies about a customer service strategy
  • Onsite training
  • Working on a contract basis until your need is resolved or your team is set up
  • Virtual training and consulting sessions also available via Skype, Facetime, WhatsApp, etc.

We are not limited to South Africa and have the right to work in the UK.
